As our beloved state of Victoria faces a challenging time, I am wishing every customer all the very best, and hope that this finds yourself and your loved ones well. As we re-enter our second round of lockdowns I am working behind the scenes of the rapidly changing situation with the very best interest of the customers and community at heart. The Showroom is temporarily closed but the adjoined workshop is still in operation to fulfil all online orders. Abby Seymour will be updating the policies along the way as the situation evolves, closely following the advice from the most trusted sources, please check in for updates. 

I also wanted to reach out to share the steps Abby Seymour is taking to protect you and our community, and to share a bit about the changes being implemented to allow us to stay connected to our community throughout this difficult time. 1. The showroom is now closed, but you can shop entire collections online at the click of a button.
Abby will be in the showroom to help with sizing queries, to send through measurements, tips and advice and can also personally take you through selected items in context to suit your personal style or occasion. I welcome all queries to showroom@abbyseymour.com Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm. If you would like me to call you, simply leave your contact number and name in the email and I'll get back to you the same or next business day.


2. Abby Seymour is also extending the online return policy. 
With all the uncertainty at the moment, we understand it might take you a little longer to return your order. So, Abby Seymour is also extending the online return policy to a period of 14 days – you can return for a refund, exchange or credit note anything that wasn’t right. 

3. Click & Collect!
In line with the Stage 4 restrictions, I am happy to offer a safe, contactless click & collect service to all local customers within a 5km radius, from the Brunswick East showroom.

I would personally like to extend my gracious thanks to the network of Abby Seymour customers on the frontline against COVID-19 (and we know there are many!). Thank you for your selfless and tireless work on the coalface at this most difficult time.
